Guest help

Your RSVP

Arrival, departure and staying on-site

Help the couple and venue plan accommodation by sharing your dates.

Destination weddings often run over more than one day, so the couple may ask when you plan to arrive and leave.

Your dates

On the RSVP you can pick your arrival and departure dates from a calendar. These help the venue plan rooms, transfers and welcome arrangements, so please answer as accurately as you can. You can come back and adjust them if your travel changes.

Staying on-site

If the couple has turned this on, you will also be asked whether you would like to stay at the venue. Answer honestly:

  • Staying on-site lets the venue include you when they plan rooms.
  • Not staying on-site may show you the couple's suggested places to stay nearby.

Nearby accommodation

When a couple has added recommended places to stay, you will see them on your RSVP after you indicate you are not staying at the venue. These are the couple's own suggestions for getting the most out of the area.

Your dates and accommodation answers are only used to plan your stay. They are visible to the couple and their venue, never to other guests.
