Planning with a venue

Enquiring and booking a visit

Planning a wedding at a venue? Send an enquiry or book a time to see it.

Many venues take enquiries and viewing bookings online. Neither needs an account. You may reach these pages from the venue's own website, or from the venue's page, where Planning your wedding here? Enquire → and Book a visit sit below the invite code box.

Sending an enquiry

  1. Fill in Your names and Email.
  2. Add what you know: Phone, Preferred date, Estimated guests and Anything you'd like us to know. All of these are optional.
  3. Tick Keep me posted about open days and news only if you want news from the venue. The venue replies to your enquiry either way.
  4. Press Send enquiry.

When you see "Thank you.", the venue has your enquiry and will come back to you.

Booking a visit

  1. Under Choose a time, pick a slot. Each one shows how many spaces are left.
  2. Fill in Your name and Email, and optionally Phone and Anything you'd like us to know.
  3. Press Book my visit.

When you see "You are booked in.", your visit is booked and the details are emailed to you, with a link to manage it.

If the page says No dates open just yet., the venue has no viewing times available. Check back later or send an enquiry instead.

Cancelling a visit

Open the link in your confirmation email, or press View or cancel your visit straight after booking. On Your visit, press Cancel my visit.

If the page says Booking not found., the link may have expired or the booking may have been removed. Contact the venue directly.

If something goes wrong

"Too many requests" means several attempts came from your connection in a short time. Wait a little while and try again.

A venue's packages and brochures

A venue may send you a link to its documents page, or link it from its own website. Press View to read a document in your browser or Download to keep a copy; no account is needed. Some documents are kept for the venue's booked couples, who see them once they sign in.
