Sharing feedback after the wedding

After the wedding, the venue would like to hear how the day was for you. It takes about two minutes, and you use the same invitation you RSVP'd with.

When it opens

Feedback opens the day after the wedding, and stays open after that. If you arrive early you will see "Feedback opens on" with the date. Keep your link and come back then.

Getting there

• Your RSVP link. Once feedback opens, your RSVP page shows a How was it? card. Press Share your thoughts.
• A feedback link. If you were sent a feedback link, open it.
• Your invite code. If you only have the code, the feedback page asks for it. Enter it and press Continue.

Answering

1. If your invitation covers more than one person, choose a name under Who is answering?. Each person can leave their own answers.
2. Rate what applies, from The day itself (the team, food and drink, the venue and getting there) to Overall, including how likely you are to recommend the venue. Skip the room rating if you did not stay over.
3. Add comments if you like, such as What worked well? and What could be better?. They are optional.
4. Press Send my answers.

To answer for the next person, switch names and send again.

Who sees it

Your answers go to the venue and to the couple. Other guests do not see them.

Changing your answers

After sending, press Change your answers, edit them and send again.
