Sharing photos on the photo wall

The photo wall is a shared gallery for the wedding. There is no account to create.

Getting there

Press Open the wall → on the wedding site, or scan a photo wall QR code if one is put up at the venue.

Adding photos

1. Under Add photos, choose one or more photos from your device.
2. Optionally add a Caption. One caption applies to every photo in that upload.
3. Read the notice below the form, then press Add to the wall.

Photos upload one after another, and the button shows the progress. When they are done you will see "Thanks," and the number added.

What you can upload

• JPEG, PNG or WebP images, up to 10 MB each.
• If a photo is too big or the wrong type, it is listed as failed with the reason and the rest still upload.
• On an iPhone, photos are normally converted to JPEG for you when you pick them.

Before you upload: your photo becomes the couple's

By adding a photo you hand it over to the couple. Once it is on the wall it is no longer yours, and they can keep, print, share or publish it however they wish. Only upload photos you are happy to give away.

Good to know

• Limits. The couple can limit how many photos each guest adds. The form then shows how many uploads are left on this device.
• Closed uploads. If you see Photo uploads are closed, the couple has turned off guest uploads. You can still browse the photos.
• Busy moments. If lots of guests upload at once, you may see "The wall is busy". Your upload retries on its own. If it still fails, try again in a minute.
• Hidden photos. The couple and the venue can hide any photo from the wall.
