Finding your invitation

There are two ways to reach a wedding you have been invited to. Neither needs an account or a password.

Your personal link

Most couples send each household its own link, by email, WhatsApp or message. It opens your RSVP directly, so there is no code to type. The link belongs to your invitation alone, so keep it to yourself.

The web address may be the venue's own domain rather than one you recognise. That is expected: many venues host their couples' wedding sites on their own website address.

Your invite code

If you only have a code, open the venue's page, type it into the Invite code box and press Find your wedding. If you are already on the couple's wedding site, press RSVP and enter the code there, then press Continue.

Codes are six letters and numbers, for example AB2C9H. Capitals, spaces and dashes do not matter.

If the code is not recognised

You will see "We don't recognise that code. Check your invitation and try again." Try this:

• Check it against the card or message the couple sent. A similar-looking letter or number is easy to mistype.
• Make sure you are on the right venue's page. A code only works for the wedding it belongs to.
• If it still does not work, ask the couple to resend your invitation.

If you see "Too many attempts. Wait a minute and try again.", wait a minute before trying again.

Keep your link

Save the message with your link. You can come back to it to change your RSVP, check the wedding site and, after the day, share your feedback.
