How to RSVP

Let the couple know whether you can make it, and update your answer any time.

Once you have opened your invitation (see Finding your invitation), look for the RSVP button.

Replying

  1. Open your RSVP from the wedding site or your personal link.
  2. Choose whether you are attending.
  3. Answer any extra questions the couple has added. These vary by wedding and might cover transport, song requests or anything else they need to know.
  4. Save. You will see a short confirmation that your reply was recorded.

If your invitation covers more than one person

Some invitations are for a group, such as a family or a couple. When that is the case you will see a line for each person and can mark who is coming and who is not, all in one reply.

Some weddings ask about more than one event

If the couple is hosting several events, for example a welcome dinner as well as the wedding day, you can say which ones you will attend.

Changing your mind

Plans change. Open your link again at any point before the day and update your answer. The couple sees your most recent reply, so there is no need to contact them separately.

Next: tell the couple your arrival and departure dates and any dietary needs.
